New Patients

If you are interested in treatment at Burnett CBT, we would love to set up a discovery call with you. Our free, 15-minute discovery call will give us a chance to see if we are a good fit for treatment. If not, we are happy to help refer you to someone else, or to other resources. To inquire about treatment and set up a discovery call, complete the contact form below. We respond promptly via phone to inquiries submitted through our online form—typically the same day or within the week, unless we are out of the office for an extended period.

Unsolicited phone calls and emails mean that legitimate inquiries can be easily missed or diverted. Our online contact form allows us to prioritize and respond to your treatment inquiry quickly. When we receive your inquiry, we will reach out by phone and leave a voicemail if you are unavailable. If you call back and we are unable to answer, please make sure to leave us a voicemail and we will return it. Please note that we do not return missed calls unless a voicemail is left.

If you have inquired about treatment by phone or email in the past and have not received a response from us, please complete our online form and we will get back to you promptly.

Please note this contact form is not for use during emergencies. If you are in a life threatening situation do not use email. In the event of an emergency or psychiatric crisis please call 911, or call the free 24 hour National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, or go to your nearest emergency room. To text with a crisis counselor send the message HOME to 741741.

Contact us to schedule an appointment or for more information.

Existing or Returning Patients

If you are an existing patient of Dr. Burnett or Dr. Cojocaru, please reach us via the patient portal for any clinical concerns or by phone, email, or portal for scheduling. Returning patients, please reach out by phone, email, or our contact form if you have lost portal access.

Treatment Providers & Other Inquiries

We welcome inquiries from licensed treatment providers regarding coordinated care, referrals, or joint clinical efforts. If you are an existing collaborator but do not have our direct line, please leave us a voicemail on our main line and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are a prescriber, care provider, or other professional interested in working with Burnett CBT, please include relevant clinical context in your message.

We also review select outreach related to media, research, writing, student engagement, and affiliate collaboration as time permits. We are happy to support students and emerging professionals in psychology and mental health fields, and welcome thoughtful inquiries related to mentorship, training, or professional development.

Please note: unsolicited promotional outreach is not welcome. If applicable, we reserve the right to respond to repeated or inappropriate contact in accordance with legal and professional standards.
